Tomato and Cashew Cream Sauce

Rich, creamy, and packed with flavour, this tomato and cashew cream sauce is perfect for pasta, grilled chicken, or a vegetable medley.

1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

1 tbsp cashew butter

30g butter

200ml milk

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

Add the 30g of butter and stir until it melts and mixes with the tomato base.

Stir in the 1 tbsp cashew butter and let it dissolve into the sauce for a smooth, creamy texture.

Gradually pour in the 200ml of milk, stirring continuously to keep the sauce smooth and creamy. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken slightly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
