  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

  • 1 tbsp white miso paste

  • 250ml cream or milk of choice 

Instructions

  1. Gently massage the sachet to ensure a smooth paste.

  2. Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold cream, stirring to prevent any clumps.

  3. Heat gently while stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  4. Stir in the miso paste until well combined, dissolving it into the sauce.
