Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml cream

  • 50g grated Parmesan

  • 30g butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Add the Cream: Gradually stir in the cream for a smooth consistency.

  3. Finish the Sauce:

  4. Add butter and Parmesan, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy. 

No need to choose between red or white, this sauce brings it all together. Just heat, pour, and enjoy the upgrade.
