Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

  • 100g caramelized onions

  • 250ml cream or milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Slowly cook sliced onions in a pan over medium-low heat with butter or oil, stirring occasionally, until they turn deep golden brown and soft

  2. Gently massage the sachet to ensure a smooth paste.

  3. Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold cream or milk to prevent any clumps.

  4. Heat gently while stirring, until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.

  5. Stir in the caramelized onions and allow them to meld with the creamy base.
