Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml cream

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 30g butter

Instructions

  1. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Add 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, and stir to incorporate.

  3. Add the Cream: Gradually stir in the cream for a smooth consistency.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rich, smoky, and with just the right amount of kick this one’s got Louisiana soul.
