Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef! Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

  • 100g fresh mushrooms, sliced

  • 250ml cream (or milk for a lighter version)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Gently massage the sachet to ensure a smooth paste.

  2. Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold cream (or milk), stirring to avoid any clumps.

  3. Heat olive oil (or butter) in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender.

  4. Add the creamy béchamel mixture to the mushrooms, stirring well.

  5. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.

  6. Serve over grilled chicken, steak, or pasta for a rich, creamy, and savory finish.
