1 sachet Yes Chef Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

50g grated Parmesan cheese

100g sautéed spinach (or blended for a smoother sauce)

200ml cream or milk of choice
Instructions

Gently massage the sachet to ensure a smooth paste.

Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold cream or milk to prevent any clumps.

Heat gently, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt into the sauce.

Add the Spinach: If using sautéed spinach: Stir in the sautéed spinach and cook until fully combined. If blending the spinach: Blend the spinach until smooth, then stir it into the sauce for a velvety texture.
