Creamy Coconut Curry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml coconut milk

  • 1 tsp curry powder (or to taste)

  • 30g butter

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the curry powder. Let it cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. Stir in the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base, mixing well to combine the flavors..

  3. Gradually add the coconut milk, stirring continuously to keep the sauce smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
