Tomato Lemon Cream Sauce  (Citrus Rosa Sauce)

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml cream

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, letting the tangy citrus aromas meld with the sauce.

  3. Gradually add the cream, stirring continuously to combine until smooth and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
