Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef! Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

  • 200-400ml coconut milk (adjust for desired thickness)

  • 2 tbsp curry powder (or to taste)

  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Gently massage the sachet to ensure a smooth paste.

  2. Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold coconut milk—starting cold helps prevent clumps.

  3. Heat gently, stirring until thickened and smooth.

  4. Stir in the curry powder and honey.

Want it spicier? Add a pinch of chili flakes or fresh chopped chili!
