A simple, creamy tomato sauce that hits all the right notes rich, a little tangy,  seriously satisfying

A legendary chef once discovered a secret ingredient deep in the heart of a sun-drenched Italian village—plump tomatoes, kissed by the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. They combined these tomatoes with cream and butter to create a sauce so rich, so creamy, that it would make any dish a masterpiece.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml cream

  • 30g butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Add the Cream: Gradually stir in the cream for a smooth consistency.

  3. Finish the Sauce:

  4. Add the butter, stirring until it melts completely, creating a rich, velvety sauce.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

It’s smooth, it’s cozy, and it brings just the right balance of tomato and cream.
