Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 200ml cream

  • 50ml milk

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. Stir in 1 tbsp of chopped fresh basil.

  3. Stir in the 200ml cream and 50ml milk, blending until smooth and creamy.

  4. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes, letting the cream and milk thicken slightly.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
