Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef! Creamy Classic (Béchamel Recipe Base)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 250ml cream or milk

  2. Mix the béchamel recipe base into the cold cream, stirring to prevent any clumps.

  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped dill, combining well.

  4. Heat gently while stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
