Smoky Tomato Cream Sauce

Long ago, in a tiny village, a chef uncovered a secret for bringing a smoky flavor to her tomato sauce by infusing cream with smoky paprika...

"Alright, alright—let's skip the story and get to the sauce. YES CHEF!"

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base (30g)

  • 250ml cream

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small pan over low heat, combine 250ml cream with 1 tsp smoked paprika. Stir frequently to ensure the paprika fully infuses into the cream. Let it warm up for 3-4 minutes, but don't let it boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Warm the Yes Chef Rich Red Tomato Recipe Base: Stir the base in a pan over medium heat until warmed through.

  3. Gradually stir in the smoked paprika-infused cream until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Just heat it up, pour it on, and let the flavor do the talking.
